Commercial Service & Maintenance

Routine maintenance for your new system is very important. It ensures that the equipment runs to the optimal standard for its design and capacity. HotChilly will design a tailored maintenance package to suit the needs of your system. The frequency of visits and labour requirements will vary for each building.  

In addition to your tailored maintenance package, HotChilly also provides the following:

  • monthly automated task scheduling and written reports detailing any
    recommendations

  • trained service technicians, available to provide urgent fault diagnosis, assistance and advice 24 hours a day

  • the option to provide and service a remote link capability for building management
    systems, if and when appropriate

  • in-house HVAC and design engineers to provide support and backup where necessary
