If your call requires our immediate attendance, that means a 1 hour response from the time your call is received by our Service Centre if it’s during office hours. After hours response will be within 2 hours.

Our on call technician will attend your premises. The fully equipped HotChilly service vehicle means most problems can be rectified on the spot.

If the problem is a major issue which cannot be fixed straight away, HotChilly can provide you with temporary units to maintain the safety and protection of your business or home until full restoration is possible.
