We recommend that you sign up for a HotChilly Preventative Maintenance Contract.

HotChilly will tailor a service package to suit your needs, which will ensure that you preserve the warranty conditions of your new product (Manufacturer warranties are generally valid for 5 years).

Once you have confirmed it's left in our hands and HotChilly will schedule regular visits to service your system. That includes checking things such as fan motors, compressors and refrigerant levels along with cleaning filters and other routine maintenance.

HotChilly's installation work is initially guaranteed for 12 months. After that time you may contact our service department.
