Name: Wellington Chambers

What we service: HotChilly take care of the service & maintenance in the Wellington Chambers Building in Featherston St. Regular maintenance ensures the system installed continues to operate according to its designed capabilities. HotChilly maintain the tempered supply air systems, extract fans, air conditioning, fire dampers and the chiller.

Name: ACC

What we service: In 2005 HotChilly carried out the full design and build of the mechanical services required for a new ACC call centre in Hamilton. HotChilly still maintain this site with a regular maintenance contract as well as various  ACC sites in the Wellington region.

Name: Strike Entertainment

What we service: HotChilly installed extract systems, tempered fresh air supply systems and fresh air supply systems into the Strike Entertainment centre in Lower Hutt. All the equipment installed is serviced by HotChilly, with regular maintenance taking place according to the system requirements.

Name: Monument/Piermont Apartments

What we service: Monument & Piermont apartments are two adjoining buildings located in central Wellington. HotChilly was involved in the initial installation of the air conditioning, ventilation and extract systems within these buildings. HotChilly also service & maintain the air conditioning systems within the Monument apartment block as well as the stairwell pressurisation system and the extract air systems. 

Name: Boulcott Hospital 

What we service: Boulcott Hospital is a private surgical hospital based in Lower Hutt, Wellington. HotChilly maintain and service the critical HVAC mechanical services, which includes the water chillers, boilers, filtered fresh air and extract systems, and the variable refrigerant volume (VRV) system to office areas, specialist medical rooms & theatres within the hospital.

Name: Museum Hotel & Apartments

What we service: HotChilly worked on the air conditioning at the Museum Hotel for both the existing building and the new apartment alterations. An air curtain was installed into the main lobby area and various rooms in the hotel were fitted out with air conditioners. HotChilly also have a service & maintenance contract with the Museum Hotel, with regular service checks being performed on the fresh air systems, extract fans, car park exhaust systems and the air conditioning units.

Name: Wellington Railway Station

What we service: HotChilly carry out regular service and maintenance checks at the Wellington Railway Station on Bunny Street. The total area HotChilly service includes the historic six level building which contains a combination of boilers, chillers, air handling units, fan coils, split system air conditioners, and process coolers.
